Settled in US, Arvind Gahlaut is a Computer Science Engineer with around 20 years of experience. He has onsite exposure of some significant projects that he shares with us. It helps us think and do something special which no other Developer can. His innovative thinking is instrumental in our out of box approach and in providing added features at our projects.
Sanjeev Gahlaut

An MBA in Marketing, Sanjeev Gahlaut has all the grace to be a charismatic director. He is well aware of what it is needed to be a super brand and accordingly he helps us chart out the roadmap of our projects. Sanjeev entered in the world of Business at the very young age. His first business venture was export of Dholpur Stone. He managed his business reach for the sky while exporting Dholpur Stone to many countries. Later on he left the business to acquire a professional degree and worked in Standard Chartered Bank for a few years. Not contained with job, he quit the job and started automobile business. Presently, he is a reputed dealer of Mahindra in Rajashan and is engaged in real estate projects across India.

He has over thirty years of experience in the Corporate Legal Advisory field. His last employment was with Xansa India Ltd., (now known as Steria India Ltd) as Director-Legal and Corporate Affairs.
Presently he is a Corporate Legal Consultant and also an early-stage Investor in the Telecom and Real Estate Development sectors.

An architect with Midas touch, Mohammad Zaki Ansari is our valuable asset.He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Aligarh Muslim University and later pursued Master of Ekistics and Planning from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi.
Architecture runs in his vein. He has a super ability to delve into every possibility and make every construction a landmark design. He has vast exposure of architectural and interior planning and is competent enough to accomplish projects of any scale.

Azim Rehman

Azim Rehman is another zem of our architectural team. Azim completed his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Aligarh Muslim University and post graduated in Master of Medical Architecture from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi.
Azim has amazing sense of place and space. The way he deals with linking spaces is amazing. He has brilliantly accomplished wide variety of high profile projects including airports, hospitals, hotels, townships, and residential apartments.
